Establishment and start-up stage (1969-1979)

In 1967, the state planning commission in accordance with the party central committee, Chairman MAO's decision of " prepare for war, prepare for famine and serve the people ", moved shenyang 213 machine tool switch factory part of staffs into Northwest, and built a machine tool and electric appliance factory that provides supporting services for the machine tool industry in northwest of China. 111 workers of Shenyang 213 old factory came to tianshui, from Sep. 1969 to break ground, after 4 years of hard work, there are 34 new houses were built, construction area of 22740.85 m^2, installation equipment 110 sets,  4.6137 million yuan of investment, It reached the annual output of 20000 pieces of machine tool electrical appliances,  300 sets electric control cabinet. In the year when the factory was built, the output value was 85,800 yuan, and the next year the profit was 55,300 yuan, and the tax was 33,000 yuan. At the beginning of their business, they carried out extensive technical research and mass technical innovation, made their own production and test equipment such as injection machine, bending machine, wire cutting machine, impedance device and controller, and built the "national machine tool and electrical equipment test center station in Tianshui ".  Within 8 years, the company recovered the national investment， and formed 9 series, 11 varieties of machine tool electrical components and 7 kinds of machine tool control cabinets, ranking one of  the national machine tool electrical backbone enterprises.

Technology import stage (1980-1993)

Paid 4.68 million francs for importing the exclusive manufacturing technology and production license of 7 series, 32 varieties and 60 specifications of low-voltage electrical components. The imported products are small in size, easy to combine, high in reliability, long in life and low in energy consumption. They conform to IEC international standards, NFC, VDE, BS and other international standards and standards of developed countries, as well as LROS, RCNAGL and other Marine standards. The introduction of the products made the technical level of the enterprise step forward over 20 years, and has achieved the goal of thoroughly replacing the domestic machine tool electrical components.

      Innovation and development stage (1993-2006)

In line with the "production generation, reserve generation, research generation" of new product development policy, on the basis of the digestion and absorption, aimed at international advanced level, optimizing the adjustment of product structure, has developed the leading domestic level of E, F, d series AC contactors, DC contactors, mini circuit breakers(MCB), motor control circuit breaker, mould case circuit breaker(MCCB), electronic time relay, PLC, new products such as high and low voltage power distribution cabinets, Successfully involved in the field of power distribution, complete sets and intelligent electrical appliances.

 In the process of fighting the market, the enterprise took the reform as the main line, actively explores the new way of capital operation and brand management, In Xi 'an and Shanghai, it successively established joint-stock enterprises with clear property rights, clear rights and responsibilities, scientific management and efficient operation.       Transformation and upgrading stage (2006-present)
